This year, the NRA Rodeo Finals again coincides with the MATE Show, the regions premier agriculture trade show. The MATE annually attracts over 350 exhibitors from across the United States and Canada and draws a crowd of 20,000 plus during the three-day show that runs all-day from Thursday, February 14 through Saturday, February 16. The MATE and the NRA Finals are excited to be celebrating their 32nd anniversary at Metra Park together. |

| IN ITS 33RD YEAR, THE
NRA FINALS RODEO RETURNS LOUDER THAN EVER! The Northern Rodeo Association (NRA) Finals is not new to the MetraPark Arena. Returning for its 33rd year on February 14-16, 2008, the NRA Finals is adding new entertainment for fans. The rodeo will continue to be three nights with the Championship night being on Saturday where the year-end champions of the seven events will be crowned. The added entertainment this year will include an after rodeo concert on Thursday and Friday night on the arena floor, free of charge. Each rodeo ticket will also act as a concert ticket allowing fans to enjoy both events from their seat. For the hardcore fans, the rodeo arena will be accessible during each concert. Performing Thursday night will be Academy of Country Music’s Top Vocal Group, Little Texas. Taking the stage on Friday night will two-time TNN/Music City News Entertainer of the Year, Neal McCoy. “The NRA Finals is such a heart-pounding event for the fans,” stated Ty Yost, the NRA Finals producer. “This year we wanted to expand that excitement and give back to the fans by offering after event concerts for those who attend the rodeo.” |
